Distribution Of Certificates To The Members Of Fawon

Kathmandu -  Nepal Film and Artist Workers Organization (Fawon) also distributed certificates to some of its members. The event concluded under the leadership of PIM Nepal President Madhav Raj Kharel, who is a central member of the Independent Trade Union Federation of Nepal (INTUF) and also the co-ordinator and honorary member of Fawon.

Awarded honorary membership to actor Gajit Bista, director Rishi Lamichhane, musician Deepak Sharma, singer Sujata K.C. Lyricist Dabbu Chettri, Film Development Board's Chief and International Information Officer Chiranjeevi Guragai as Advisory Member, Film Journalist and Film Journalist Association Vice - President Jiwan Parajuli as Member and Press Advisor and Singer Purna Rai, Model Actor Sagar Ghising Tamang and Choreographer Ajay Syangtan were given membership certificates.

The chief guest of the program was the Minister of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Mr. Jeevan Ram Shrestha. Senior Vice President Rishiraj Acharya of Fawon, Women -Vice President Sarita Bharti, General Secretary Rajan Thapa, Treasurer Kamala Joshi, Co-Treasurer Pravan Bhushal, Member Krishna Bhattarai, Advisor Byakul Maila, Honorary Member Mohan Niraula, Shantipriya and others participated in the program.

Nepal Film and Artist Workers' Organization is one of the national associations of Independent Trade Union Federation of Nepal (INTUF).
